Purchased Premium licenses have a maximum validity of one (1) year from the date of activation. After this period, renewal is required to continue using all full software functionalities.

Each Premium license may be activated on a maximum of four (4) trading accounts, provided these accounts are registered in the same user's name. Users must provide their broker account number or up to four (4) publicly accessible broker account numbers for the correct creation and activation of the Apex Premium license. It is the user's responsibility to provide all necessary data for the complete activation and proper functioning of the software.

If the purchase is made from a country where VAT or other taxes are mandatory, these may be calculated and automatically applied by the payment gateway used (e.g., Stripe).

Upon completing the purchase, users will receive a valid electronic invoice for tax purposes.

Refund Policy Given that license keys are digital products delivered immediately, returns and refunds are not accepted after purchase.

Users are responsible for verifying software compatibility before purchasing a license key. Technical support is provided to ensure the product functions correctly.
